7-Day Luxury Safari & Panorama Route (Includes Transfers)

You’ll be collected from the airport (or hotel).
Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

Day 1

Arrival / Pick up at Johannesburg Airport or Hotel

Finally the day is here and you arrive in South Africa.
You are met by your Driver/Guide from BST Tours/Mr Shuttle at the International arrivals of OR Tambo International Airport.
You will be handed a welcome pack from your driver/guide. Included will be brochures of all the destinations you will be visiting, your booking confirmations and a local sim card so you can stay connect while in South Africa.

Your driver guide will take you to your guest lodge for your overnight stay at AfricaSky.
You can take this time to relax after your long journey to South Africa

Depending what time you arrive, we can book a half day tour of one of the following : Soweto Tour, Pretoria Tour, Johannesburg Tour and more.

You will be met by your driver/guide again the next morning for an early departure for the Panorama Route.
6:00 am departure. Departure can be discussed with driver/guide as well on arrival.

Day 2

Early start to a day filled of beauty
Early morning start to the day to embark on the journey via the Panorama Route. The lodge will pack us some snack packs. You are met by your driver/guide. After a cup of coffee or tea we will hit the road.
Take about an hour and half nap on the way to our first stop at Total Petrolport Alzu. Or look at how the landscapes change from city to countryside and the vast diversities in South Africa.
We will get a cup of coffee from Mugg & Bean and you can get a light breakfast to go. At Alzu you will spot some wildlife: Rhino, Eland and Zebra.
After this stop we head in the direction to start the Panorama Route.
We will visit and drive by Graskop, Mac Mac Falls/Pools, THe Pinnacle, God’s Window, Lisbon Falls, Berlin Falls, Bourke’s Luck Potholes and Blyde River Canyon. There will be a lot of wonderful views and stops.
After this beautiful day we overnight at Olivers Lodge or Blyde Canyon, a Forever Resort. We will have dinner here.

Day 3 

Wake up relaxed in The Mpumalanga Province at Olivers Lodge
You wake up in a peaceful area surrounded with Lush Forest of the Mpumalanga Province in the White River Country Estate. You will have breakfast at Olivers Lodge before our departure to Ezulwini River Lodge.
On the way to Ezulwini River Lodge there will be wonderful views. Depending on time we can make a quick coffee stop at the big Baobab Tree or Jessica the Hippo. (Jessica is closed between 12H00 & 14H30 daily.)

Your driver/guide will take you right to the reception. This is where your driver/guide will leave you until he returns for your departure back to the airport.
You will be met by the friendly staff of Ezulwini to help you check in and show you to the rooms. Lunch, dinner and an afternoon game drive is included for this day. Enjoy the relaxing sounds of the bush and the wonderful sunset.

Day 4 – Full Day at Ezulwini River Lodge

First day of your full day Safari Experience at Ezulwini River Lodge
Today is your first full day safari experience.

You wake up early in a luxury lodge, located in the Riverine Forest, which boasts the magnificent Olifants River. You will have a early morning game drive followed with breakfast.

You will have your own leisure time after breakfast, Ezulwini offers these activities.
• Lounge poolside
• Wine tastings in our wine cave
• Special Guided day trips to the adjoining world renowned Kruger National Park, including:

-Tribal Village
-Hot Air Balloon flights
-Wildlife Rehabilitation Centres

River Lodge has an entertainment area including a lounge, bar, and gorgeous swimming pool, all housed under a traditional thatched roof. Their elegant dining deck is set in riverine vegetation. Four luxury chalets, four ultra luxury suites and a new river deck, overlooking the Olifants River, and their elevated thatched viewing deck overlooking the local water hole, adds an intimate ambiance to this lodge.

You end your day with an afternoon game drive and dinner.

Day 5 – Full Day Safari at Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge

From Riverlodge to Billy’s Lodge Day 2 of Full Day Safari
Yet again a full day safari ahead. Today you move from River Lodge to Billy’s Lodge.

Billy’s Lodge. located on the banks of a seasonal river and flood plain, surrounded by the resident lion pride, this private Safari Lodge features unparalleled views of plains game, and gorgeous Knobthorn, Leadwood and Marula trees indigenous to the western savannah region of Ezulwini. This lodge incorporates organic African architecture and material in its sumptuous lounge areas, dining rooms and decks.

Their private suites complete with a personal lounge, mini-bar, dining area, super king-size bed, en-suite bath, indoor and outdoor shower, private plunge pool and a deck with unspoiled views of the surrounding bush are just superb and relaxing.

You will have 2 game drives, 3 meals and the rest of the day for leisure. Ask your guide for activities.

Or just sit back, relax and enjoy the calm feeling of the bush.

Day 6 – Last Full Day Safari at Ezulwini Billy’s Lodge

Last full day safari and activities
Today is your last full day at Ezulwini. It is a sad day but dont you worry. You still have your morning game drive, excellent food and afternoon game drive to look forward to. And dont forget all the sounds and animals of the bush.

You will have 3 meals and 2 safaris included today.

Take this last full day in and relax.
